Refunds

If it doesn’t deliver.

Digital goods are hard to hand back — so the bar is simple. If a build isn’t what its listing promised, you get your money back.

01

The seven-day guarantee

For seven days after purchase, you can ask for a full refund if the build doesn’t match the listing or won’t run following its documented setup. No restocking fee, no deductions.

02

What qualifies

  • A feature the listing showed is missing or broken.
  • The build won’t run when you follow its documented setup.
  • What you received is materially different from the screens and description.
03

What doesn’t

  • It works as described and you changed your mind.
  • You need a feature the listing never claimed.
  • The problem comes from your own changes, your hosting, or a third-party API or account.
  • You’ve already deployed it to production or shipped it to your own users.
04

Right of withdrawal (EU)

For digital content delivered immediately, EU law lets you waive the standard fourteen-day withdrawal period — and you do, at checkout, by asking us to release the download right away and acknowledging you lose that right once it begins. None of this touches the seven-day guarantee above: if the build doesn’t match the listing, you’re covered regardless.

05

How to ask for one

Email hi@archify.ai with your license key and what went wrong. We reply within five business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within five to ten business days.

06

What happens after

A refund revokes the license for that build, and you agree to delete the source you downloaded. If you bought from a seller other than Archify, we handle the refund and settle the platform side with them.
